1/2cupthick Greek-style yogurt
1/2cupalmond (or any) milk
1scoopprotein or collagen peptides powder, plain or vanilla
1tablespoonalmond (or any other nut or seed) butter
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/4teaspoonvanilla extract
Toppings Optional
Dollop of whipped coconut cream – recipe below in notes
Fresh or freeze-dried fruit or berries
Chopped nuts
Chocolate chips
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, milk, protein powder, almond butter, honey and vanilla. Blend on high until the mixture is silky and completely smooth.Spoon out into a small serving bowl or jar.Chill for 30 minutes if you would like it extra thick and cold.Top with your chosen toppings just before serving.
