The Guilt Free Protein Pudding I Eat Almost Every Day

This chocolate protein pudding is made with a base of Greek yogurt, protein and cocoa powder. It's delicious, creamy and comes together in just five minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick, Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen powder, unflavoured or chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon any nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  

Toppings Optional

  • This chocolate yogurt pudding is delicious on its own, but you can also get creative with toppings and mix-ins. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
  • Dollop of whipped coconut cream – sugar free recipe link below in notes
  • Fresh berries like strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
  • Chopped nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • Granola or toasted oats for a crunchy contrast
  • Drizzle of nut butter
  • Mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs for extra indulgence

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined. Taste test and add more honey, cocoa or vanilla if you feel it needs it.
    Serve immediately, or place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
