Tahini Fudge

Delicious and creamy tahini fudge made with only rea, ingredients! A delightful little healthy treat to satisfy any cravings.
Just 5 ingredients – tahini,  dates, coconut oil, walnuts and vanilla,  5 minutes in the making –  melt, stir, set, eat! Yes, it really is that easy!
 Decadent, rich and deliciously indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1/2 cup dates, soaked 30 minutes and drained
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine tahini, dates, coconut oil, vanilla in a food processer and process until smooth. Stir in chopped walnuts (leave a handful out for later) and using a spatula, scoop the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
    Spread mixture out on the parchment paper using your hands to form rectangle about ¾" thick.
    Sprinkle with the reserved handful of chopped walnuts. Place the pan into the freezer for 45 minutes to set. Remove and slice into squares. Store in freezer.
