1cuptahini (sesame seed paste)
1/2cupdates, soaked 30 minutes and drained
1/2cupcoconut oil, melted
1/2cupwalnuts, chopped
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Combine tahini, dates, coconut oil, vanilla in a food processer and process until smooth. Stir in chopped walnuts (leave a handful out for later) and using a spatula, scoop the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread mixture out on the parchment paper using your hands to form rectangle about ¾" thick.Sprinkle with the reserved handful of chopped walnuts. Place the pan into the freezer for 45 minutes to set. Remove and slice into squares. Store in freezer.
