Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour  (or oats blended to a flour)
  • 1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste) well stirred

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds for coating

Instructions

  • Optional step -Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over a medium heat for a couple of minutes stirring continuously. This will help bring out the natural nuttiness of the seeds. Leave to cool.

Add the almond flour, cocoa and mix until you have a dough consistency. Shape into 10-12 balls and coat in the sesame seeds
Store your tahini chocolate balls in an air-tight container at room temperature (for softer balls) or in the fridge for up to 4 days.
