Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup banana, slices, frozen
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup spinach or kale or 1 scoop greens powder
  • 1/8-1/4 cup coconut milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen powder

Toppings Optional

  • Dollop of whipped coconut cream - recipe below in notes
  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Seeds like hemp, chia, sunflower
  • Coconut shreds
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Begin to blend on low power and use tamper to move frozen fruit around until begins to break down.
    Add in a splash of the milk and turn up the speed and blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and thick.
    Scoop into a bowl and add your favorite toppings
    Enjoy cold immediately!
