Instructions
Slightly thaw the fruit for 3 to 4 minutes then add it - bananas, pineapple and strawberries to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If you need a splash of liquid to get the blender started, add it in by the tablespoon to get things moving.Notes: For a scoopable texture: If it’s too soft after blending the strawberry pineapple nice cream, pop it back in the freezer for 30 minutes to 2 hours (depending on how soft it was). Check every 20 minutes until it’s your desired consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk/juice (one tablespoon at a time).Be patient: It will take a while to break down the frozen fruits into a creamy, smooth pineapple strawberry soft-serve consistency. Use a tamper if your blender has one.
