Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat for a creamier texture)
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
    Add strawberries, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
    Blend again until fully combined and silky, scraping down the sides as needed.
    Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
    Freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway through for a creamier texture.
    Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes, then scoop and enjoy.
