Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup acai berries frozen or puree
  • 1/2 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 2 scoops protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Toppings Optional

  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Shredded coconut
  • Hemp or chia seeds
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients into a high powered blender.
    Blend on low speed and increase to high speed until completely smooth. The consistency should be thick. If needed, add extra milk to thin it out a bit, or add more frozen strawberries to make it thicker.
    Pour into your favorite bowl and add toppings you enjoy!
