1cupthick, Greek-style yogurt, plain or vanilla
1scoopprotein or collagen peptides powder
1tablespoonpeanut (or any other nut or seed) butter

1tablespoonchocolate chips
1teaspooncoconut oil
1tablespoonpeanuts, roasted, chopped or nuts of choice
Instructions
Mix together yogurt, peanut butter and protein powder.

Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in small dish and microwave with 10 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Pour over the yogurt.Add peanuts or whatever toppings you would like.Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
