Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups thick plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Toppings Optional

  • Melted dark chocolate for drizzling
  • Chopped nuts
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt and nut butter until smooth.
    Add protein powder, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Mix until fully combined.
    Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
    Spoon into 2 bowls and refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes until set.
    Enjoy chilled or frozen.
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
