Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.
