Instructions
Overnight Oats
If you wish to make your own chia jam do this first so its ready for your overnight oats (recipe below in notes).Combine the rolled oats, milk, honey and chia seeds in a bowl.Stir to combine, cover and place in the fridge to soak overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.
Assembly
Spread a layer of yogurt mixed with the protein powder over the top of the soaked oatsSpread a layer of raspberry jam over the yogurt
Chocolate Magic Shell
Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in small dish and microwave with 20 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Pour the chocolate over the top and tilt the bowl to spread it evenly across the surface of the oatsPlace in the freezer for 15 minutes, or the fridge for 30 minutes, to set.Top with raspberries and enjoy!
