Ingredients

Hot Version

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional) 

Iced Version

  • 1 cup chilled coffee or cold brew
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1 tablespoon collagen peptides
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Hot Protein Coffee

  • Add milk, protein powder and vanilla to a blender.
    Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
    Pour freshly brewed coffee into a mug.
    Slowly stir in the protein mixture.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired and enjoy.

Iced Protein Coffee

  • Add coffee, protein powder, milk, and vanilla to a blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Fill a glass with ice.
    Pour the mixture over the ice.
    Serve immediately.
    Best enjoyed fresh
    Coffee can be prepared ahead and chilled overnight
    Blend just before serving for the smoothest texture

    Mocha Protein Coffee
    Add 1 teaspoon cocoa or cacao powder.
