Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon seeds or granola (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder, cacao powder, and sweetener until smooth and creamy.
    Spoon into aserving bowl and smooth the top.
    Top with blueberries, nut butter, and seeds or granola.
