Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk of choice (if needed for blending)
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Granola or crushed high-protein biscuits
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Cacao nibs
  • Peanut butter drizzle

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, banana, protein powder, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt to a high-speed blender.
    Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
    Add a splash of milk if required to achieve desired consistency.
    Spoon into a bowl or jar.
    Chill for 30–60 minutes for a thicker pudding texture, or enjoy immediately.
    Add chosen toppings just before serving.
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
