Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend everything together until smooth.Place a mesh strainer over a bowl or measuring cup and pour the liquid over the sieve. Press the pulp with a spoon or small glass to squeeze all the liquid out of it.Pour the liquid into small glasses or transfer to a small sealed glass container. Keep refrigerated. It will last for about 3-4 days stored in the fridge. Stir before drinking. To store: Keep the strained juice in an airtight container or pitcher and refrigerate for up to 3 days. To freeze: Pour the ginger shot juice into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. Transfer the frozen cubes to a ziplock bag and freeze for up to 1 month. Let as many cubes as you need thaw in the fridge overnight, then drink the next day!
