Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla or peanut butter protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk of choice if needed

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Hemp seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chocolate chips
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, sweetener and vanilla to a bowl.
    Stir or blend until smooth and creamy.
    Add a splash of milk if needed to loosen texture slightly.
    Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
    Spoon into a serving bowl.
    Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
    Notes:
    Chill for 15–20 minutes for thicker texture.
    Use chocolate protein powder for chocolate peanut butter variation.
    Store in fridge up to 2 days.
