Ingredients
1cupnatural peanut butter
1/2cupprotein powder - vanilla, chocolate or unflavoured
1/4-1/2cupmilk of choice, added gradually
Optional Additions
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1-2teaspoonsmaple syrup or honey, if you prefer it sweeter
1-2tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powder for a chocolate version
1/2teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Add the peanut butter and protein powder to a bowl and stir together.Gradually add the milk, a tablespoon or two at a time, stirring well after each addition.Continue adding milk until you reach your preferred consistency. For a thick spread, use less milk; for a softer, creamier spread, add a little more.Stir in vanilla, salt, maple syrup, cocoa or cinnamon if using.Spoon into a clean jar or airtight container and refrigerate.Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 5–7 days. Stir before serving if the mixture thickens in the refrigerator.Tip: Different protein powders absorb different amounts of liquid, so add the milk slowly rather than adding the full amount at once.  Â
