Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup protein powder - vanilla, chocolate or unflavoured
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice, added gradually

Optional Additions

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, if you prefer it sweeter
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder for a chocolate version
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the peanut butter and protein powder to a bowl and stir together.
Gradually add the milk, a tablespoon or two at a time, stirring well after each addition.
Continue adding milk until you reach your preferred consistency. For a thick spread, use less milk; for a softer, creamier spread, add a little more.
Stir in vanilla, salt, maple syrup, cocoa or cinnamon if using.
Spoon into a clean jar or airtight container and refrigerate.
Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 5–7 days. Stir before serving if the mixture thickens in the refrigerator.
Tip: Different protein powders absorb different amounts of liquid, so add the milk slowly rather than adding the full amount at once.
