These peanut butter protein balls are my go-to snack whenever I am looking for an instant boost of energy or even when I just want to treat myself and my loved ones with a sweet dessert made healthy.

Ingredients
1cupcream cheese, softened
1cuppeanut butter
1/2cuoalmond flour
1/4cupcoconut flour (or more almond flour)
1/4cupprotein or collagen powder
1/4cuphoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Toppings Optional
Chopped nuts
Coconut shreds
Drizzle white melted chocolate
Dusting of cocoa powder

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.Add the almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, honey and vanilla and mix until fully combined and a thick dough forms. If needed add a little water or milk a tablespoon at a time, if the mixture seems to thick.Roll the mixture into 16 x 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
