Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla or peanut butter protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons milk of choice (for softer texture)

Toppings Optional

  • Crushed peanuts or cacao nibs
  • Dollop of yogurt or whipped coconut cream
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips or shaved chocolate
  • Swirl in melted dark chocolate
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, sweetener and vanilla to a bowl or food processor.
    Blend or whip until smooth, thick, and mousse-like.
    Add milk a little at a time if a softer texture is desired.
    Chill for 15–30 minutes to thicken further.
    Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days
    Best served chilled for a thicker, mousse-like texture.
