1/4cupcottage cheese
1/4cupthick Greek-style yogurt
1scoopprotein or collagen peptides powder, plain or vanilla
2tablespoonpowdered peanut butter or regular peanut butter
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Toppings Optional
Fresh fruit or berries
2tablespoonsdark chocolate chips

Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter powder, honey and vanilla. Blend on high until the mixture is silky and completely smooth. Taste test and add more honey or vanilla if you think it needs it.Spoon the mousse into a small serving bowl or jar.Chill for 30 minutes if you would like it extra thick and cold.Top with your chosen toppings just before serving.
