Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice (as needed for blending)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add frozen banana, yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, milk and vanilla to a high-speed blender.
    Blend on low, using a tamper or stopping to scrape down sides, until thick and creamy.
    Add small splashes of milk only as needed to keep the mixture thick.
    Spoon into 2 bowls and smooth the top.
    Add toppings and enjoy immediately.
