Ingredients
1/2cupvanilla protein powder
1/2cuppowdered peanut butter
1/3cupGreek yogurt
3-4tablespoonsmini chocolate chips, optional
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients: protein powder and powdered peanut butter.Next, add in the Greek yogurt and mix together. You may need to use your hands to knead and get the dough to combine together.Add the mini chocolate chipsShape dough into a rectangular mound, then wrap in plastic wrap or an airtight container. Let the dough set in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.Slice into 5-6 bars.NOTE: Add more powdered peanut butter if the dough is too soft, add more yogurt (a teaspoon at a time) if the dough is too thick. The final dough should be firm, but soft enough that you can roll the dough into a ball without it falling apart.Store in fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for up to3 months.
