Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick Greek-style yogurt, vanilla or unflavoured
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange segments (peeled, seeds removed)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
    Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
    Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3–4 hours, stirring once halfway if possible.
    Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
    Scoop and serve,or re-blend briefly for a smoother sorbet texture.
    Storage: Store covered in the freezer for up to 1 week. For best texture, allow to soften slightly before serving.
