1/4cupchopped fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4cuphoney
1/8teaspooncracked black pepper
Instructions
Combine orange juice, turmeric, ginger, honey and black pepper in a blender; process until smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute.Strain the juice through a strainer into a large measuring cup, pressing the solids with a spoon to extract juice; you should have about 1 3/4 cups of juice. Discard the solids.Will keep in the fridge for a week to provide you with a daily wellness shot or pour the juice into a silicone ice cube tray. Freeze until solid, at least 1 hour.To make 1 serving: Bring ¾ cup water to a boil. Place 1 frozen cube in a mug or heatproof glass; add the hot water and stir until the cube is melted.
