Ingredients
1cuprolled oats or quick-cooking oats
3/4cupalmond milk or milk of choice
1/2cuporange juice
1/4cupthick Greek-style yogurt, plain
2scoopsprotein or collagen peptides powder
1tablespoonchia seeds
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1tablespoonorange zest
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are combined.Cover the bowl (or individual containers) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.When ready to serve, serve as thick overnight oats or add another ¼ cup of milk for a thinner consistency. Top with more yogurt, whipped coconut cream (recipe below in notes), fresh orange slices or more orange zest!
