If you are looking to cutback on your sugar cravings, but still want to enjoy something sweet, this is a great recipe to make. It is got plenty of healthy fats but is low in sugar. Ingredients
1cupcoconut butter, store bought or homemade recipe below in notes
1/2cupwhite chocolate chips
1/2cupdried cranberries
2-3oranges, juice and zest –depending on how orange-y you prefer
1tablespooncoconut oil
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Melt coconut butter, chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small pot on a low heat. Stir until it softens.Add the rest of the ingredients into the pot and stir until well combined.Pour mixture into a small rectangular glass container or any sort of silicon candy mold or even an ice cube tray.Place container in fridge.Once the fudge hardens, take a butter knife and cut into squares or pop out of molds.Store in fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for up to 3 months.
