3/4cupthick Greek-style yogurt
1/2cupfresh orange juice
Zest of 1-2 oranges, depending on how orange-y you prefer
1/4cupchia seeds
1scoopvanilla protein powder
1-2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup (to taste)
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
