1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup (or to taste)
2tablespoonsboiling hot water
1tablespoonsvanilla protein powder
1/4teaspoonvanilla extract
ice + 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, honey and boiling hot water.Using an electric hand mixer or a small personal blender, beat the mixture on high for 3–4 minutes, or until it becomes light, thick and fully whipped.Gently fold in the vanilla extract and vanilla protein powder. Beat again on the highest setting for another 1–2 minutes, until smooth and fluffy.Fill a glass with ice and 1 cup of milk, then spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top.Enjoy immediately while the whip is fresh and foamy. Stir if desired.
