Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen (about 1 cup sliced)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cashew, almond (or any other nut or seed) butter
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder

Toppings Optional

  • Peanut butter drizzled on top
  • Granola
  • Shredded coconut
  • Banana slices
  • Peanuts, roasted, chopped

Instructions

  • Add all smoothie ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth and fully combined. Add a little more milk if necessary to create your desired texture. I like my smoothie bowls to be thicker, almost like soft serve ice cream.
    Use a spatula to spoon mixture into a bowl, then add toppings of your choice.
