3scoopschocolate protein powder
1/2cuppeanut butter (or almond butter)
1/2cupthick Greek-style yogurt
1/3cupmilk of choice
1/4cupcocoa powder
1/4cuphoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Pinch of salt

2tab;espoonscocoa powder
1scoopchocolate or vanilla protein powder
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1tablespoonpeanut butter (or almond butter)
Optional: 1–2 tablespoons milk for a thinner, glossy frosting
Instructions
Line a 7 x 5-inch loaf pan or dish with parchment paper on the bottom and sides leaving some overhanging to act as a handle to get the bars out easier for cutting.Blend rolled oats into oat flour if needed.In a medium bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, cocoa, and salt.Add peanut butter, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and milk.Mix until a thick batter forms. Add a splash more milk only if needed.Press mixture evenly into the lined pan.
Healthy Chocolate Protein Frosting
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, protein powder, honey and nut butter until smooth.Add a splash of milk if you want it looser and glossier.Spread frosting evenly over the cake base.Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm and sliceable.Cut into 8-10 squares or bars and enjoy!
