1/2cupGreek-style yogurt

1/2teaspooninstant espresso powder
1scoopprotein or collagen peptides powder, chocolate or vanilla

Instructions
Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, cocoa powder, espresso powder, protein powder, honey and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Transfer mousse into 2 serving cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Before serving,top with chocolate shavings, a dusting of cocoa powder or whipped coconut cream (recipe below in notes) for a nutritious boost. Enjoy chilled for a high-protein, indulgent dessert!
