Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries, frozen
  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • Splashes of coconut milk (enough to get blender moving)
  • 2 scoops protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Handful of spinach
  • 3 dates

Topping Options

  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Hemp seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Freeze dried berries
  • Drizzle nut butter

Instructions

  • Add berries ,banana, coconut milk, protein powder, almond butter, spinach and dates to a blender. Blend until smooth and divide between two bowls.
    Top bowls with kiwi, berries, almonds, hemp hearts or your choice of toppings.
