Ingredients
3bananas
1cupcottage cheese
1avocado, deseeded, peeled
1/2cupcoconut milk, full fat
1/2teaspoonpeppermint extract
1/2cupchocolate chips
Few drops natural green food colour or make your own – cook tender, greens (such as spinach) in a tiny bit of water for about a minute. A few drops of the juice will give a very concentrated green
Instructions
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Taste test and add more peppermint extract or more honey if you think it needs it.Pour into a medium-sized glass food container.Add chocolate chips and stir to evenly distribute.Place in freezer for at least 2 hours, stirring halfway through to prevent iciness.Once set, scoop, and enjoy!
