Chocolate Drizzle
Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in small dish and microwave with 20 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Remove the frozen bites from the moulds and drizzle generously with the melted chocolate.Immediately sprinkle with your chosen toppings before the chocolate hardens.Return to the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.Store the frozen bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Let them sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating for the creamiest texture.
