Instructions
Place frozen bananas and frozen mango into a high-speed blender or food processor.Add protein powder, passionfruit pulp, coconut yoghurt (or cream), and vanilla extract.Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary. Add coconut milk 1 tablespoon at a time only if needed. The mixture should stay thick and creamy.Enjoy straight away as soft-serve nice cream. For a firmer texture, freeze for 30–60 minutes, then scoop and serve.
