1banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
1cupfrozen fruit, such as pineapple, mango, berries, or cherries
1-2cupsspinach or any other greens such as kale or Swiss chard
1/4cupliquid, plant-based milk, orange juice or coconut water
1tablespoonschia or hemp seeds
1scoopprotein or collagen powder

Instructions
First, pick the fruit you want to use and freeze it into chunks. Peel, chop, and freeze the banana.Combine frozen fruits, spinach, and your chosen liquid, chia seeds and protein powder in a blender and blend on low speed until the mixture is thick and creamy, pushing down the sides as needed to get everything blendedYou may need a bit more liquid to get things moving, but the less liquid used the thicker the smoothie bowl will be.Serve: Pour evenly into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
