Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or favourite flavour)
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk of choice (if needed to loosen)
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries or chopped fruit
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon granola or oats
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds or flaxseed
  • Optional drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add yogurt and protein powder to a bowl.
    Stir until smooth and thick. Add a splash of milk if needed for desired consistency.
    Spoon into a serving bowl and smooth the top.
    Top with fruit, nut butter, granola, or cacao nibs.
    Finish with honey or maple syrup if desired.
    Enjoy immediately.
