Ingredients
1cupalmonds, or any other nut, or a mix
1cupdates, soaked at least 30 minutes and drained
1/2cupdesiccated coconut
1/2cuppeanut (or any other nut or seed) butter
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Chocolate Drizzle
2tablespoonscocoa or cacao powder
2tablespoonscoconut oil
2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup

Prepare an 8 x 8 baking dish lined with parchment paper, then set aside.Place nuts into a food processor and process until broken down and crumbly. Add dates, coconut, peanut butter and vanilla extract and continue to process until well combined and the mixture is sticky and starts clumping together.Stir in the hemp seeds by hand to add some texture.Scoop out the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon.Place in fridge while you make the topping.
Chocolate Drizzle
Place cocoa, coconut oil and honey in a small sauce pan over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and use a spoon to drizzle over bars.Place in the fridge to firm.Remove bars from pan and cut to desired size.
