Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond milk (if needed for blending)

Toppings Optional

  • Fresh sliced strawberries
  • Dollop of whipped coconut cream – recipe link below in notes
  • Crushed nuts
  • Coconut flakes
  • Dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, yogurt (or cottage cheese), protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt to a blender or food processor.
    Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Add a splash of almond milk if needed to help it blend.
    Add more sweetness if desired.
    Spoon into 2 serving glasses and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to firm up and enhance the mousse texture.
    Add your favourite toppings and enjoy.
