2ripe avocados, pitted, peeled
2scoopsvanilla or unflavoured protein powder
1/2cupcoconut milk or milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
1/4cupfresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
Zest of 1 lime
2-4tablespoonhoney or maple syrup (to taste)
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.Adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more sweetener or a splash of milk if desired.Scoop into 4 mason jars or bowls and either serve immediately or refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
