Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon flavour if desired.Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container.Freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway through for a creamier texture.Scoop into two bowls, add your fave toppings and enjoy.Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
