1cupcoconut butter, store bought or homemade sugar free recipe below in notes
1/4cuppeanut (or any nut or seed) butter
1/4cuphoney or maple syrup
2tablespoonscocoa powder
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
Line a 7×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, or alternatively line a mini muffin tin with muffin liners. Or use a silicon baking pan, candy mold or ice cube tray.Gently melt coconut butter in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave for about 30 seconds to a minute. Stir the nut butter, honey and cocoa powder into the melted coconut butter until completely smooth.Pour mixture into the prepared pan or liners. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.Place in the refrigerator and chill until firm, about 1-2 hours.Let soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cutting into 12 or more squares with a sharp knife. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freezer for up to 3 months.
