Healthy Cake Batter Freezer Protein Fudge

The easiest fudge recipe ever! Made with just 6 simple ingredients including coconut and cashew butter,this fudge recipe is so tasty. Made with healthy ingredients and a little indulgence from sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cashew butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut butter, store bought or recipe below in notes
  • 1/4 cup protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a 7x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper for easy fudge removal; set aside.
    Heat a medium saucepan over low heat; add in coconut butter, cashew butter, honey and vanilla. Stir until ingredients are smooth and well combined.
    Remove from heat and stir in sprinkles.
    Pour into prepared pan, cover and freeze for 30 minutes or until fudge is set.
    Once ready to serve, simply thaw fudge out at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan and cut into 16 or more smaller squares. Store in freezer safe container until ready to serve.
