Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple

  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/2-3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed
  • Optional: ¼ avocado for extra creaminess

Toppings Optional

  • Sliced kiwi or banana

Instructions
