Green Grape Protein Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl recipe makes an easy and healthy breakfast or snack! You only need a few ingredients and 5 minutes to make a healthy bowl packed with protein, healthy fat, and carbs. Top with toppings of choice to make a meal of it!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup green grapes, divided
  • 1/2 cup packed baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein or collage peptides powder
  • 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (optional)
  • 2 dates

Toppings Optional

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted coconut chips
  • 1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds

Instructions

  • Slice 1/2 cup grapes in half.
    Put the remaining 1/2 cup grapes, bananas, spinach, milk, ginger, and dates in your blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with grape halves, coconut chips, and hemp seeds.
