Ingredients
1 1/2cupsalmond milk
1cupfresh spinach, about a handful
1banana, sliced, frozen
1orange, peeled
1/4cupprotein or collagen peptides powder
1piece fresh ginger, peeled - about 1-inch in length
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
