1/3cupGreek-style yogurt, plain or vanilla
1scoopprotein or collagen peptides powder, plain or vanilla

Instructions
Using a blender, add all the ingredients and blend on high until creamy and smooth.Pour into glass and add coconut whipped cream and sprinkles on top.Notes: Use more frozen banana if you want a thicker smoothie.
