Ingredients
1cupalmond flour
3/4cupoat flour (oats blended to a flour)
1scoopvanilla protein powder
1/4cupalmond butter (or cashew butter)
1/4cupmaple syrup or honey
2-3tablespoonsmilk of choice
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonalmond extract (optional, for cake batter flavour)
3tablespoonsrainbow sprinkles

Instructions
Line a 7 x 5-inch loaf pan or dish with parchment paper on the bottom and sides leaving some overhanging to act as a handle to get the bars out easier for cutting.In a bowl, mix almond flour, oat flour, and protein powder.Add nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract and milk. Stir until a soft dough forms. Fold through sprinkles gently.Press the mixture into the prepared pan.Add melted white chocolate and extra sprinkles if desired.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.Slice into 8-10 bars and enjoy.Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.
