2cupsthick Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
1scoopvanilla or chocolate protein powder
1-2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Instructions
Line a baking tray with baking paper.In a bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder and sweetener until smooth and creamy.Spread the mixture evenly onto the tray, about ½ inch thick.Drizzle peanut butter and Nutella over the top.Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl through the yogurt.Sprinkle with any optional toppings.Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until fully firm.Break into 10 (more or less) pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.Keep frozen for up to 2 weeks. Let sit for 1–2 minutes before eating for best texture.
