Frozen Yogurt Nutella Protein Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella, hazelnut spread or melted chocolate

Toppings Optional

  • Chopped peanuts
  • Cacao nibs or chocolate chips
  • Sliced bananas
  • Granola
  • Coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
    In a bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder and sweetener until smooth and creamy.
    Spread the mixture evenly onto the tray, about ½ inch thick.
    Drizzle peanut butter and Nutella over the top.
    Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl through the yogurt.
    Sprinkle with any optional toppings.
    Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until fully firm.
    Break into 10 (more or less) pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
    Keep frozen for up to 2 weeks. Let sit for 1–2 minutes before eating for best texture.
